When to use this page
For rides that do not fit the standard forms.
Use custom routes for unusual pickup windows, multiple stops, larger groups, nonstandard pickup or drop-off locations, wedding or event logistics, trail access questions, or routes that are not listed on the reservations page.
Before sending
- Pickup date and exact pickup time
- Pickup and drop-off locations
- Passenger count
- Flight number if applicable
- Luggage, ski bags, snowboard bags, or extra gear
- Grocery stop, key pickup, wait time, or multiple address needs

If the route is not listed on the reservations page, send the trip details here. Rocky Rides will check timing, driver availability, routing, luggage needs, and whether the trip can be confirmed.
